| Instant Hire has undertaken a program of workplace reform, which is aimed at developing better systems of operation, and specifically covers and concentrates on areas of Occupational Health and Safety along with Rehabilition, Environmental Management and Best Practice initiatives. We have established and developed a system of formal internal organisation structures and job descriptions, which clearly define responsibility, accountability and authority for all those employed by Instant Hire. Together with this we have developed and implemented a formal Safety Management Plan, imperative to a business in this industry.
