We have established and developed a system of formal internal organisation structures and job descriptions, which clearly define responsibility, accountability and authority for all those employed by Instant Hire. Together with this we have developed and implemented a formal Safety Management Plan, imperative to a business in this industry. All staff have formal safety inductions and we are comitted to ongoing safety training.
